Always wanted to run? Or run in the trails? Don’t know where to start? Never ran before, or coming back from an injury? Then this is the place for you! THIS IS A TRUE LEARN TO RUN CLINIC

Our Learn to Run program will teach you all you need to know about running in all kinds of weather, nutrition, injury prevention, pacing, cover trail and wildlife safety, trail etiquette, and much more. We will run together 1 day and week, at each class we will start with a 20-30 minute talk about that weeks training focus practice the form, pre-run glute exercises then go put for our run. Some weeks we will have a guest instructor that will lead you through run specific exercise before we start our run. We help you learn to run in a positive, fun environment on different trails each week.

Class are Tuesday evenings 6pm

  • Zero fitness requirement

Learn To Run

Trail Running Clinic
Wednesday 6pm / Saturday at 7:30 am
SPRING 2021- March 31st- June 5th

In this clinic we focus not only Endurance you're coaches will be heavily focusing on different form and techniques for, speed, hill work, tempo, Terrain and descent running.  

We will work on the importance of core and strength training, cover trail and wildlife safety, and respecting our forests and trail etiquette.

Your long runs will be on mostly single-track trails and will top out at depending on which distance you are training for

10-15 km- 2– 3 hours by end of the clinic / 25km- 3-4 by end of clinic / 50km- 4-5:30 hours by end of clinic.

 This clinic will help prepare you for feeling confident and safe with your trail running abilities in multiple distance events or simply running with confidence for fun!

 

You don’t need to be fast to join this group. We have 3-4 pace groups within each distance group that you are training for no one is ever left behind!!!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO START FIRST LONG RUN
  • Must have some Running experience

  • 15km- 30 min Running fitness level

  • 25km- 1hr Running fitness level

  • 50km- 1hr 30min Running fitness level

  • Min of 15 Max 30 Participants

SPRING 2021- March 24th- June 5th

We work on the importance of core and strength training, cover trail and wildlife safety, the basics of writing your own program, respecting our forests and trail etiquette.

 

Your long runs will be on mostly single-track trails and will top out at depending on which distance you are training for

10-15 km- 2– 3 hours by end of the clinic / 25km- 3-3:45 by end of clinic / 50km- 4-5 hours by end of clinic.

 

This clinic will help prepare you for feeling confident and safe with your trail running abilities in multiple distance events or simply running with confidence for fun!

 

You don’t need to be fast to join this group, you just need to have prior clinic experience or be a experienced runner. We have 3-4 pace groups within each distance group that you are training for no one is ever left behind!!!

  • Head lamp

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO START FIRST LONG RUN
  • Must be through a prior clinic or be an experienced runner

  • 15km- 30 min Running fitness level

  • 25km- 1hr Running fitness level

  • 50km- 1hr 30min Running fitness level

CAPACITY
  • Min of 15 Max 20 Participants
