As a strength and conditioning specialist, kinesiologist, and endurance athlete, she understands the demands of running firsthand, having transformed from a reluctant runner to a Guinness World Record holder. With over 20 years in the industry, Tammy specializes in corrective exercise, sport-specific strength training, and strength endurance conditioning, ensuring runners develop the strength, mobility, and efficiency needed to perform at their best. Her evidence-based approach helps runners stay strong, injury-free, and ready to tackle any challenge.

Iron Heart Gym’s classes are designed to help runners build strength, resilience, and endurance, enhancing overall performance on the trails and road. Strength training plays a crucial role in improving running efficiency, reducing injury risk, and increasing power with every stride. Led by experienced professionals, including a **Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certified Personal Trainer, Agatsu Kettlebell Coach, and BCWA Club Coach**, our programs focus on functional movement, mobility, and targeted strength work.  Genny, as the **Owner/Operator & Programming Creator** of Iron Heart Gym, ensures every session supports runners in achieving their best, pain-free performance.
