As a strength and conditioning specialist, kinesiologist, and endurance athlete, she understands the demands of running firsthand, having transformed from a reluctant runner to a Guinness World Record holder. With over 20 years in the industry, Tammy specializes in corrective exercise, sport-specific strength training, and strength endurance conditioning, ensuring runners develop the strength, mobility, and efficiency needed to perform at their best. Her evidence-based approach helps runners stay strong, injury-free, and ready to tackle any challenge.
