A getaway for both men & women, guided by experienced Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Running Leaders.
Join us for a weekend of trail running on Predator Ridge, Ellison Provincial Park, and Kalamalka Lake Provincial Parks extensive trail systems and stay at The Peregrine Cottages located at Predator Ridge Resort.
Experience predominantly single-track trails, border both beautiful Okanagan Lake and Kalamalka Lake.
Follow your daily adventures up with a swim and restorative yoga on Predator Ridge’s yoga platform while gazing at a stunning panoramic view of Okanagan Lake.

Delicious & Nutritious Meals
Meals (and bevy’s) shall be provided by the Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail running crew.
Transportation
All transportation during the camp shall be provided by Bush Babes & Bro's, if a shuttle from the airport to Predator Ridge is needed , we can set that up for an extra charge.
Home Away From Home

Two-bedroom craftsman-style Cottages situated along the 16th, 17th or 18th holes of the Ridge Course with full or partial golf course views

Full Kitchens, Fireplaces & Large Private Balconies

Walking paths connect all of the cottages with the Clubhouse and the rest of the resort

THURSDAY, July 11
3:00 pm - Arrival and settle in
4:30 pm- Meet and Greet with light Snacks & beverages provided in Leaders Cabin
5:30 pm – Yoga 45 mins
7:00 pm - Dinner
FRIDAY, July 12
6:30 am - Breakfast
8:30 am - Trail Run at Predator Ridge 3 hrs
12:30 pm – Lunch and Lake Swim
5:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm - Yoga or Free Time
SATURDAY, July 13
6:30 am - Breakfast
8:00 am - Trail Run at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park 4 hrs
12:30 pm – Lunch and Swim
4:30 pm – Yoga 1 hr
6:30 pm- Snacks and pre-dinner bevy’s provided in Leaders Cabin, Followed by Dinner
7:45 pm - Free Time
SUNDAY, July 14
7:30 am – breakfast
8:30 am- Trail run at Predator
11:30 pm - Bag Lunch & Depart
Prerequisite
You will have to be able to run 8 hrs over the weekend- Running Pace doesn't matter.
*Must have hydration pack and trail runners, poles are optional.
What To Bring
Please Bring
- Running shoes, Hat, running clothes for fare and bad weather
- Hydration pack for running or a backpack that you can put water and snacks in, Poles optional
- Yoga clothes
- Casual clothes
- Sunscreen, bug-spray, and other toiletries
- Bathing suit for the hot tub
