Clinic Dates
September 9th – November 15th
Who is this clinic for?
This clinic is perfect for:
-
Newer trail runners looking to build confidence.
-
Experienced runners wanting to improve endurance and strength.
-

Anyone who enjoys being part of an encouraging, supportive community.
You don't have to be fast. You just need a willingness to show up and challenge yourself.

Our goal is to:
-
Build long-lasting endurance.

Improve climbing strength.
-
Increase stamina without overtaxing the body.
-
Develop better trail skills and confidence.
-
Prepare you for winter training.
-
Keep running fun and consistent.
The longest scheduled run will be approximately 3 hours, allowing us to maintain fitness while giving your body a chance to recover from a busy race season.
