Please read through the following cancelation policy carefully before proceeding
If clinics are shut down due to Covid-19, they will continue on as a virtual clinic.
If Passports are madated and you do not have one before the clinic start date, our refund policy will still stand as is.
At Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Running we understand that committing in advance for a trail running clinic can be daunting and that injures, family life and work can interfere with your plans.
With that said, as our clinics generally sell out within 48hrs, and we have costs that are incurred far in advance of the clinic start date, please make yourself aware of the following cancelation policies.
We do generally take a waitlist for our clinics and will do our outmost to fill your spot if you need to cancel out of the clinic prior to start date. If we are able to fill your spot before 15 days prior to start date, there will be a $35 processing fee and all other monies returned to you.

Cancelation processing fee of $35 will be incurred after reserving a spot in any clinic

30 days out from clinic start date 70% refund or deferral to next available clinic

20 days out from clinic start date 50% refund or deferral to next available clinic

15 days out from clinic start date no refunds or deferrals available as T-shirts, kits and fees have been prepaid.

If the Clinic is canceled for any reasons out of Bush Babes & Bro’s control the above cancelation policies will come into effect.
