12 WEEKS OF SMALL GROUP TRAINING (max 5 people)

  • Personalized coached programs on Training Peaks with weekly homework

  • Video run analysis 

  • 1 coached run a week based off of your video analysis

  • 1 guided long run a week

  • Weekly emails of what is happing in your program and what to expect for your next week of training

  • Zoom class a month touching on Biomechanics, Soft Tissue damage, how/why it happens, Nutrition, Hydration, Heart Rat Training, Fuelling your runs for success, what to do and how it can hinder or excel you're running. 

  • Option to one Zoom or phone chat a week with coach for questions and assistance with your goals

  • Unlimited email to coach to assist with your goals

 

Private Group FB page where I will post videos, you can interact with others, share your photos and journey, as well as ask questions and leave comments

 

Email content

 

  • We will work on the importance of core and strength training

  • Cover trail and wildlife safety, respecting our forests and trail etiquette.

  • Nutrition and Hydration and how it helps or hinders your training

  • Learn the benefits of HRT (heart rate) and or RPE (rate of perceived exertion) training

  • Lactate training and more

Through this clinic our goal is to help prepare you for feeling confident and safe with your running abilities in multiple distance events or simply running with confidence for fun!

Prerequisite 

  • Trail runners

  • Headlamp

  • Hydration pack or vest

  • Athletic watch

  • Minimum 30 mins off run fitness
