Gingered Winter Greens Smoothie

Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened coconut water ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt 1 kiwi fruit, peeled 1 large kale leaf, center rib removed 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger 1 teaspoon honey Pinch of salt ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions In a blender, combine the coconut water, yogurt, kiwi, kale, ginger, honey, salt, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
